Charlie Millerwise, Green Bay Packers
Millerwise, a Detroit Area native, attended Western Michigan University graduating in 2004. After graduation Millerwise went on to climb the hospitality ladder through the country most recently presiding as Vice President of Concepts and Innovation for Delaware North overseeing their North American Hospitality portfolio and construction projects. Currently as Director of Development and Hospitality for the Green Bay Packers, Millerwise oversees all development efforts including Titletown and Lambeau Field. Managing nearly $100M in active design and construction on an annual basis for the Packers, Millerwise works closely with the ROSSETTI Team in every facet from concept ideation to building occupancy.

Walking Tour of Titletown District
Join Kirk Phillips from ROSSETTI and Charlie Millerwise from the Packers on a walking tour of Titletown. Highlights will include brief description of the master plan vision and principles and a discussion of the design guidelines for the district. On this tour, you will also learn about ROSSETTI’s architectural design of the Hinterland Brewery, Ariens Hill and Skating Pond and The Turn, key elements that activated the district during the first phase of master plan implementation. Kirk and Charlie will also highlight the additional program throughout the district and the success of developing an all-seasons multi-use development.

KEYNOTE – A Vibrant Public Realm for Green Bay
ROSSETTI and the Green Bay Packers will discuss the collaborative process to bring the vision of a vibrant, all-seasons district to reality. Titletown, the sports-anchored development located right next to the legendary Lambeau Field, was conceived as a national destination for living, working, and playing and promotes economic and cultural growth for the Green Bay region. In addition to Titletown, ROSSETTI and the Packers have teamed up to enhance the guest experience at Lambeau Field and have developed a new football training center addition and headquarters. The full district is now a national destination for living, working, and playing and promotes economic and cultural growth for the Green Bay region.
