Senior Project Manager Humble, outcomes-focused, servant team player and always inspiring others to be and do better. These are attributes I try to live each day in my role as a Project Manager. No two days are ever the same, each filled with challenges and opportunity. I enjoy leading clients through the design and construction process: communicating scope, clarifying design intent, resolving technical challenges, ensuring quality, leading construction administration and ensuring budget and schedule milestones are met. There is nothing more rewarding than building a trusting, long-term client relationship after delivering a project that functionally supports a their purpose and is, aesthetically, a great design. I also enjoy sharing advice, learning from and coaching fellow team members – sharing lessons we can apply to the next project. It takes a team and that has been an important part of my growth. My family and I are passionate Green Bay Packers fans, so when I’m not working you’ll often find us tailgating or watching America’s favorite team. My wife and I enjoy any opportunity to be active and enjoy time with our two kids, whether it’s simply being outdoors or trips to Disney!
